[At the time of late afternoon crossing into the evening, this enchantingly tailed, three eyed woman is sitting on the ground a little ways away from Community Housing One. There are two small stacks of books by her, a few open in her lap. She doesn't normally research outside but the apartment is getting suffocating and there's no need to put up with that.
Many of the texts are magical, filled with convenient bookmarks (color coded, even!) and from her muttering to herself it's apparent she's very focused. Now that she's away from home with plenty of time on her hands now's the perfect time to learn magic.]
--mm, there it is. I'm no mage but this'll do it.
[It would take time (days, weeks) but really, if she could summon an Overlord, she could learn to cast wind.
