Do you use Firefox? If so, go to Tools > Clear Recent History.

It will ask you for a time, which you can adjust, and then click "Details" and then select only the items you want to delete. Like cookies, cache, and active logins are what I would recommend.

If it's still slow, perhaps the Form & Search History -- which remembers everything you type into, say, Subject lines (which probably has a ton of stuff). XD

I can't comment on clearing out Lazarus, but I'm guessing you can go to Tools > Add-ons, and then check for Lazarus' options or settings, and then root around in there. <3

I will give it a go! I use firefox so, I'll poke it right now!
