I have a question!

This girl here wants a pet, and she would love to have a black dog. Can she keep one? What does she need to do in order to get one? xD

The Black Dogs are extremely intelligent and are unlikely to become pets for anyone, sorry to say. However, she could always befriend one! Would this be acceptable?

Can she put a ribbon to one of them so she can recognize it? If not, she will love to be friends with them |D

Provided it's not done in an 'ownership' sort of way, one of them would let her do this! It'd be able to tell her apart from smell, after all, so it'd assume she just doesn't have any other way to do so.

If it is done as if she's claiming a pet, however, the dog will probably attack her!

She will do it because it's cute in that way. She's the slowest one from her sisters, so it will be easier for her in that way.
