February 27th || Watch Meeting
There will be a meeting held on February 27th @ 1pm, which takes place at the Town Hall. Princess Zelda will be presenting this meeting, even though she is not an official member of the Watch. The muns of characters attending this meeting should respond in the comments below. This is all OOC, so don't worry about responding in your character's voice. o/

The Agenda;
* General Fae Activity. They certainly are an active bunch lately, aren't they? It's not only the lesser fae either. Zelda will mention the headless horseman (the Dullahan) who stalked through the town square early this month, specifically calling out a resident (Yenyoji). She asks that anyone who was involved in that fight please share what happened an why, along with any other information about this particular fae. Zelda will also mention Med'an and Ange's run-in with Rawhead, pointing out that Rawhead can only be seen by youths. What age marks the difference between youth and adulthood for Rawhead, Zelda doesn't know. Zelda will invite Med'an and/or Ange to further explain what happened. Zelda then opens the floor for anybody who has input on these matters or on fae activity in general.
* Population Changes. This month has played host to an astounding number of new arrivals and it's anyone's guess as to why. Zelda will extend and open welcome to any newcomers in attendance and invite them to talk to her if they need anything at all. Most of the arrivals are fresh faces, but there are several previous residents who returned this month (Tohru Adachi, Aaron Gawain) with no memories of the last time they were here. There were also people who returned (Sheik) who did remember their previous time in Demeleier. Zelda would love to hear if anyone has theories about why this is or if there's a pattern to who returns with memories and who doesn't. She will open the floor for people to comment on this or mention the arrivals or whatever. From here, she segues right into the next topic.
* Missing Persons. There are a whole lot of disappearances this month, enough that Zelda isn't going to read off a list of them. But it's hard to say who has been sent home for good and who has simply gone missing. Input is always, always appreciated. The floor is open here, too.
* Wards & Effectiveness. The links of iron that were forged for each resident, the rowan crowns, the iron and rowan fortifications added to the village buildings. Zelda will be asking for feedback from residents about how well (or poorly) these things are working. Characters are highly encouraged to offer ideas for how better to protect individuals of the community as a whole! This is another open floor topic.
* Community Expansion/Improvement. Spring is just around the corner, which means it's almost time to start those community expansion projects that have been proposed. There are two projects Zelda will mention: the waterwheel that Lloyd Asplund has been planning, and building an open paddock for the livestock as proposed to her by Viola. Zelda is still interested in hearing any other ideas for new buildings or improving existing buildings. She will also be asking for volunteers to help with the construction. This is an open floor topic.
* Resource Management/Gathering. Zelda will begin by giving an overview of the status of the village's resources (food, fuel, metal, etc). She will then propose plotting out some land for agriculture. They should definitely work on growing some food! Anyone with horticultural knowledge would be invaluable. Zelda will mention that there are still a lot of seeds left from shopping in the Underworld last summer. Gathering metal ore, fuel, and building materials is always pertinent. (She would strongly advise people go in groups rather than alone.) Zelda would then direct people to speak to Aureln about where to gather metals and Cidriel for where to gather coal. Anyone who has input about this is welcome to share.
* Watch Recruitment, Restructuring of Partner Pairs and Shift Times. With the recent disappearances, Zelda will mention that the Watch is getting pretty understaffed. The Watch will be recruiting like whoa, so anyone who would be willing to help protect the village should talk to Souji Seta about this. Members should keep an eye out for the new rotation, which will be made available as soon as possible. Zelda will stress how important the Watch is to the safety of the village.
* Reports. Upon joining the Watch, all members received an explanation from Souji about how to submit reports. Reports can be about the thing in the closet, encounters with various fae, change in fae activity in this or that area, suspicious behavior from a person, RECENT EVENTS, etc. Watch members are encouraged to submit oral or written reports to Souji. Of course this isn't a requirement, but it is very much encouraged.
* General Concerns, Questions, Suggestions. Any general concerns, questions, or suggestions had by anyone at the meeting will be addressed, too, so shoot them here and note that that's what it is / what would have been commented, asked, or suggested please!
* Open Floor. Open floor is exactly that. Anything goes here so long as it's watch or community-oriented and/or related. That includes introductions, discussions regarding sparring, bartering, sharing of information, announcements, and other things.

Please comment here if your character is interested in joining the Watch or has recently joined so that we can update the roster accordingly. If they have any partner or shift time preferences, let us know here.
