TRICK OR TREAT?

There’s a particularly high awning here, containing one large tub of candy. Take a bite of the candy in it. Will you be tricked or treated? Tasty flavours and gross flavours can take place here, as well as one or two fights! Maybe you’ll get turned into a bat. Maybe a cat. Maybe an ugly old witch. Maybe even a ghost! But don’t worry. Things like this will only last about thirty seconds or so, and then you’ll be back to normal.

The third clue in the paper chase can be found in here. It reads: “Think ahead. Maybe it’ll become clear.”

[Luciano isn't terribly thrilled with his outfit. The wig is kind of ridiculous, and he's never been fond of poet shirts.

Right now, he's just leaning against one of the poles topped by a grinning Jack-O-Lantern, throwing one of the crystal balls that came with his outfit between his hands.]

[Having just arrived in Demeleier (for the second, maybe third, time), Lelouch makes his way toward the goings-on in the meadow after finding the village relatively empty. He isn't quite sure the meaning behind everything (though he would likely figure it out once he found himself in a costume), but he's curious... and that was a good enough reason to check things out, right?

Upon entering the meadow, he finds himself dressed as the Mad Hatter, much to his displeasure. Moments later, he finds himself within feet of what appears to be a certain Luciano Bradley, Knight of Ten.]

Never did I think I would see the Vampire of Britannia wearing a shirt full of frills.

[He tips his hat, a slight grin on his face.]

[His gaze snaps to Lelouch when he greets him as such, but there is no recognition in his eyes. Luciano had only heard of Zero as Zero, after all, and from his point in time, had not even fought against him or heard his voice. As far as he knew, this was just some smarmy Britannian lordling, dressed up as idiotically as he was.

His lip curled slightly.]

Indeed. They're hardly the fashion these days.

[And closeby, Sheik's eyeing the Hallowe'en candy dubiously.

He's not going to chance it.]

[Luciano catches the crystal ball, not looking around.]

I've seen a few results of that by now.

[Eyebrow raising, he tilts his head to look over at the man.]

Not yourself though, surely? Playing it safe?

I'm not as stupid as some here.
