Brief Summary: Song of Healing in hand, Link decides to investigate the source of that mysterious singing. Suzaku is ordered to go along with him. It will likely be the start of a beautiful friendship.

The surrounding countryside was oddly quiet for a few moments after the Song of Healing was played. Link wasn't sure what caused it exactly; was it a thrum of something in distress now healed, or was it simply that the largely unseen residents had stopped to listen? He couldn't be sure, and he didn't know how long he'd have if it were the latter of the two. If he looked up, he could already see the dancing lights of the forest begin to start back up. Funny to think that something so seemingly harmless had nearly killed North.
Don't go alone was fast becoming the motto of this place, it seemed. He'd been all but told that when he gave his announcement, and now he was simply waiting for his companion to show up. He'd be one of the newcomers - 'Suzaku', the prince had said his name was.
Link absently smoothed down his tunic. Royalty and knights, huh? He was technically a knight of Hyrule himself, although he was very aware that he was not exactly the best at dealing with a public face. He hoped the other knight wouldn't be the stuffy rules and regulations and high breeding type. He'd sounded quite nice over the communicator, anyway.
Turning his eyes back to the village, he thought he caught a glimpse of someone leaving one of the buildings and gave a wave.
