Weigh in

Last week I was 313.8 and today I am 310.8 so a loss of 3 lbs. I am down 17lbs in 5 weeks. Tonight I headed to the Y for the water aerobics class and it kicked my butt. I come to find out that the instructor considers her class more of an intermediate/advanced class than a beginner one. This is a good thing to know. When I had a Y membership before I went to the water aerobics class and felt at times it was not as intense as it could be. It was at times more social moving than working out. The instructor who does the M/W class is the same one who was leading when I was going years ago. Her class is considered more for the beginner.

Tomorrow is going to be a busy day with a tour/class at Whole Foods and then errands with Skunkie (aka Caritas) We need to go to the Library, Michael's and the bowling store. Saturday is also our laundry day. Then Phaeton and I plan to go to dinner and a movie and we have some errands to Petsmart cause the cats need food. :)

Sunday Skunkie has a class and unfortunately Phaeton has mandatory OT. We plan to do our usual grocery shopping in the AM. We love how uncrowded Kroger's is on a Sunday at 9am. Since Phaeton has to work 10-4 Skunkie and I will probably go after dropping him off. He will give us a list.
