God is so great
I meant to write about this a few days ago. first though i'm gonna get a couple of other things written then i'll explain the subject line.
first, i'm taking zoid to the vet tomorrow. he's sick. i have no clue what the vet will say but i'm hoping that the vet can fix him up and get him back to being zoid again.
you might see me hop on and off the messengers and have to reboot while talking to you. this is normal since i just redid my computer. i was bored one night and decided to start it all over. still getting things back to normal but almost got things running smoothly again.
Thought i would update you on the post office. first, i've started my break in schedule. means i'm laid off for 5 days and then brought back. so i'm off till thursday since i have wednesdays off anyways. also i got my test results back. i got an 88. that means that when the time comes, i can try and get a fulltime position. i saw my score and started thanking God cause i know he helped me.
well, now it's time for the subject. i just want you to imagine something. imagine that life is going steady. nothing good happening but also nothing bad. just steady. kinda a rut type deal. you know, boring life where you do nothing but the same old stuff. well now you are at work. work is very boring and busy and for some reason you are in a foul mood. not mad but on the verge of it. like it wouldn't take hardly anything to make you mad. all of a sudden, someone comes over the PA and says some stuff and it makes you mad. you dont know why you are so mad but you are. you are getting madder and madder when something inside says "Just pray." dont know why but you just keep hearing it. so you do. not the standard prayer of your language but speaking in tounges type deal. you do this for about a half hour. during this time your spirit and mood start to get better. after that half hour you keep going but you notice you are in a good mood. you go for an hour before you stop for a few minutes. this happened to me at work last week. since then, i have prayed for at least 15 minutes in the spirit while working. most days, i've been going for roughly an hour if not longer. it was weird but yet good. tonight on my way home i talked to God and told him a few things. nothing major just how i had a hard time talking to Him cause in my mind, what can you tell Him that he doesn't already know?? it's kinda pointless in my mind. i told him this and i told him that if it wasn't that then it was that i didn't know what to say to him. so i'm trying to get this worked out as well.
