collide your soul with mine
i received an email saying i wasnt updating my lj and my invisiblebunny friend was concerned. so here i am. to make sure my concerned friend isnt so concerned anymore.
well, im alive and well. doing the same old routine day after day. i havent been eating much though because my mom hasnt been cooking anything good for the past day and a half.
i gave up chocolate for lent. what was i thinking? first day into it, freaking temptation everywhere. when the hell did we start buying chocolate bars in the gross bundles? but yes ive been true to my word and kept chocolate out of my system. but im going through withdrawl symptoms. i told my brother to eat a twix while i watched. then i told him to eat two at a time. then i told him to bite one in half.
so two months paycheck have been used in one area: music equipment. yesterday i bought a 120W crate amp for praise. so that music checklist i made earlier this year is almost finished. no wait i think it is finished. mai mai and i also bought strap locks. we got chris some too. so we can throw our guitars whichever way we want without our straps becoming undone. i bought vernon drumsticks. poor bastard. cant seem to save money. he owes me hella much.
today i went to go see bridge to teribithia with my kin. i didnt think i was gonna like it because the commercials made it look like jurassic park or narnia, but i remember the book and it didnt have any fuggin pterydactyls in it. BUT i watch it and was pleased with another disney movie. they could have found a better lead child actor though. he didnt convince me. well... they cant all be robot child actor, haley joel. but the win-dixie girl (yes i saw windixie because im into that alright? lol. no i was bored okay?) played off the imaginative leslie off pretty good.
we visited my lolo. he's still hella funny.
im thinking about gettin back into drawing. i bought a pad and pencils a while back but havent touch them because im scared ill ruin the first page. better get started on that.
