ok, so the shopping plaza in Old Town is doing some roof work or something. i pull in today to pop by the smoke shop and pick up some more pipe tobacco, and my first impression is a big laugh. on the glass on the Family Dollar store is a big white thing with "I assure you Family Dollar is open" written on it in black. Chuckling to myself, i wanted to approach it to see if it was written in black shoe polish on a white sheet, but i was pressed for time.
