Hello all. How goes it? I went to Hiroshima sunday. I friggin loved it. I really hope that we go back sometime. I love how my host family completely failed to mention that I was going to meet my host brother -_- We were walking down this street that was like a mall (the gap in between the roofs were covered so it was semi-indoors...really hard to explain >.<) and my host family starts talking to this guy. Then my host father turns to me and he says "this is my son" ..........wtf?! But dude, Shintaro is friggin awesome. He doesn't speak English except for a few random words and phrases like he was sitting at the kitchen table and yells "i'm supa hungarii!!" And the voices he makes are halarious. We were in the car and I was sitting in the front seat and I reached in the back to get my ipod and Shintaro's like "EH?! Sarah! aipodo?!!!?! Show meee!!" And we'd like, act out what we were trying to say to eachother. Man,  I wish him and Saori would trade places. I mean, I love Saori and all, she's really nice and we get along but we have almost nothing in common. I won't get to see Shintaro again until January ;_; He goes to college in Kobe. And jesus christ I've never seend anyone eat as much as Shintaro or Saori. They both have bottomless pits for stomachs XD

On a completely different note, I ran over a junior high girl with my bike yesterday. She had tire marks on her socks. It was funny. She was askin for it though. I was riding down a hill and my bike brakes = BAD and when I was crossing the intersection, she was coming from the opposite direction but instead of speeding up, the stupid wench just stops and looks at me like a dear in headlights. Ugh fuckin junior high kids. There should be a video game called "dodge the junior high girls!" There's like armies of them.

Today after school, I watched a Kyudo practice. It looks really cool but really complicated. There's all these moves and such that you have to remember. You don't just walk over and shoot an arrow. There are 6 different erm..let's call them "stations". The six girls have to walk out together, holding the bow and arrows a certain way and then they line up at the stations. They have 4 arrows. They put 2 of them down and then hold the other 2. They hold them in opposite directions by the center of the bow. The first girl holds one of the arrows in her hand and then shoots the other one. You have to stand a certain way too. After she shoots the first arrow, the second girl shoots an arrow and so on. Once they shoot the first arrow, you have to stang there holding the bow and arrow a certain way until the 6th girl shoots her first arrow and then it starts over with the second arrow. Yeah, it's really complicated and i'm gonna look like a complete fucktard when I try it. Also, the practices are in a Dojo behind the school and before each practice begins, you have to face this little shrine ( I think it's a shinto shrine...i'm not sure) and bow 3 times, each bow at a different hight. Then you clap twice and bow 2 more times. You also have to sit in that really uncomfortable style were you sit on your feet. It's not that bad for a short period of time, but after about a half hour, my feet were starting to go numb >__<
