(no subject)
Wowzers what a week !
Class is going well, am looking forward to starting assignments and staying on the ball.
I had a TA meeting with my prof who said "I'm not happy with how the class has gone the past two years and that we didn't get through all the material" (read: he covered ONLY lines out of lines AND antennas) so he decided to reverse the course and start with antennas. All well and good except I took the class where we didn't learn antennas. SOooo this afternoon I'm going to school to do a lab and see what I can learn about antennas :-D. I think this TA stuff is going to be a lot of work.
Uhm... I needed a bender to celebrate so Thursday + Friday got intoxicated and hit up Lookout and Tila Tequila (gay takeover) respectively. Had a fantastic time both nights, am feeling it a little today but will no doubt be drinking tonight (which I'm super excited for). Guitar hero anybody ?
Still off the green, I think it's out of my system and I feel Great. I think it was just too often for too long, a good break was needed. Also I figure after tonight the bender will be done for a while - I don't really like doing this to my body, but it is enjoyable. Probably another break and some downtime + chilling will be in order.
Going to hit up Nuit Blanche in a couple weeks in TO, which I'm super excited for. I did the original Nuit Blanche in Paris a couple years ago, it was pretty neat - so now I can see how they do it in Toronto. Also I'll get to hang/chill with my Toronto peeps (read peep) which I'm also looking forward to. (oh yeah anyone want to drive to TO for a weekend for Nuit Blanche ?)...
Anyone want to go see 11th hour ? It's only playing at rainbow cinemas but it looks decent !
