Well here it is. The first official post of the summer of 2005. I'm not going to lie, even with a few months of school left to go, I claimed to Joe that this was definitely going to be the BEST summer of all time. Im getting married on September 22nd 2007. I know that it sounds so far out and I am only 17... but I know that this is gonna happen. Maybe it wont end up being exactly on that date but it will happen right around there.
I guess its alright.
I used to. ***WHATEVER YOU DO::: DONT BUY AN hp CAMERA!!!*** ok!?!?!?! i had one and it lasted like 2 months. one day when i went to turn it on there was a green screen. so i tried to turn it on again and it was a purple screen with the numbers that said ERROR 205. So i emailed the company and they had me give them the serial number and other numbers that were printed on the box and on the camera. After I gave them that crap, they emailed me back saying something to the extent of this:
"ERROR 205 is an internal error that happened as a result of how it was made. So it wasnt anything that you personally did wrong with yor camera. But since your camera is still under warranty we can send you a new one with a downpayment of $200.00. This is because we dont make the model camera that you had."
and there was a list of different cameras that i could possibly buy from them. but i was so pissed! my camera was still under warrenty, they admitted that it was an error from when it was made and yet they still wanted me to send in 200 dollars to buy a new one. what a load of crap!

Well congrats Andrea!! That's awesome. Yes, I do think it's a long time away (because it is more than 2 years away) but I'm sure if you set your mind to it, it'll actually happen. So congrats again!
Wow. That's horrible. You think that since the problem was THEIR fault they'd have sent you a new one totally free. They're going to lose a lot of people that way. So you didn't send the $200 did you?!?!? I would have e-mailed back saying how horrible that was to do that. But oh well, I'm sorry, and thank you very much for the tip. Definitely a load of crap. I would have never sent the $200.

NO! of coure i didnt send them any more money!!! And I did write them an email about it. I tell who ever I can about that cuz it was a load of crap what they did to me. So i figured that I would let people know how stupid they are.

Well once again thank you for the warning. I can't actually believe they'd want you to send THEM $200 more for something that was all THEIR fault. But whatever, just don't get something from them again.

I dont plan on it at all! Although... *giggles*... My computer in my room is an hp too! We had internal problems with that also. But my step dad rebuilt that... so its ok now.

Nuh uh. Technology rocks. Yes, when we had the blackout 2 summers ago it was great, but I couldn't live like that for a prolonged period...
