Offline posting and Angel Rewatch

First of all, I’m writing this on Word because my crappy Hall’s internet is down again. I’m pretty impressed we went almost a month without it failing actually. Anyway, so I’m dying without internet. I decided to watch AtS instead of the Farscape episodes I had lined up (The Human Reaction for one - can’t wait!). And this episode came up: Sense and Sensitivity.
Wow.
On a rewatch it’s got to be one of the better AtS episodes. So well written - funny, poignant and with a sufficiently creepy premise: what if we REALLY got in touch with our feelings? As this episodes shows, society would fall apart. It raises some very interesting questions about the human psyche and our way of coping with everyday life.
And then there’s Kate.
This woman. She’s definitely my favourite female character after Cordy (and Illyria). Her character arc is just so well written and realised. She’s going on the 30 women meme. I’ll have to do some re-arranging, but there’s definitely going to be a post just for her.
In the meantime, I’m going to try and stay sane without internet.
