Buffy Worship: Kennedy
Ok. Official post to say how much I love this character. I hate how unpopular she is in the fandom. And I know I've said this about Willow (and you guys are probably tired of me saying it), but Kennedy and I are very similar. I guess I'm kinda a combination of the two. But I'm more like Kennedy than anyone else I think.
But enough about me!
KENNEDY RULES.
I love her because even though there was a good chance she would be unpopular simply because she replaced Tara as Willow's LI the writers didn't shy away from making her challenging. Kennedy always speaks her mind, and I love that about her - she's not deterred by what people think of her. And I honestly adore the relationship between her and Willow. I think I kinda prefer this ship to Tara/Willow. I think it's because I found Tara and Willow too similar. I mean, I still love that relationship, but Kennedy/Willow just appeals to me more...
Plus Kennedy's from New York. Which pretty much clinches it, huh? :D
So yeah, that was just a little post for Kennedy :D She's going to be my focus for the Artist's Choice section of this month's Whedon20in20. (And I kept coming across negative comments about her.) Who else loves Kennedy?
