Buffy Worship: OzFest
My sister decided (wisely) that she is as obsessed with Oz as I am. So today we had an OzFest! Or, part one of an OzFest, as I had to work this evening (where I am now actually).

Argh I love him soooo much! Whhyyyyyy did he have to leeeave???!!! *sobs*
I mean, I love Tara, and totally adore the whole lesbian ship but... but.... I fail to ship it as well as Willow/Oz!!
I feel like such a bad feminist.
It's probably cos I'm just in love with Oz myself. (I kinda am with Tara too, but not as much. I'd definitely date her though. She's such a sweetheart.)
But I'm getting off topic.
We watched Phases, Beauty and the Beast, Lover's Walk (*sobs*), Amends and the "panicing" scene in Graduation Part One.
We're leaving the heartwrenching S4 episodes (Wild at Heart and New Moon Rising) for tomorrow - I am detirmined to make my sis cry on her birthday!

Minus the angst, it was great to rediscover my Oz-love journey :D I was always looking forward to him being in the series - like Spike and Anya from the beginning I was just waiting for them to make their entrance. And he didn't disappoint.
I think I really fell for him in Earshot (which we also plan to watch tomorrow). When Buffy can hear everyone's thoughts. And Oz is thinking about Descartes' Cogito Ergo Sum theory, and how if we are our thoughts, and Buffy can hear them, then she becomes everyone and everyone else ceases to exist.
OZ: huh.
Yeah, I'm a total geek, I know. But I'm a sucker for anyone spouting this philosophy - it's also why I love Kyle (South Park - one episode, when he discovers the Tooth Fairy isn't real, he begins questioning reality and conciousness, gets obsessed with Descartes, and eventually realises the meaning of the universe and becomes everything and nothing, including a giant, tooth-eating half chicken half squirrel. Great episode).
But the romantic moment has got to be in Amends when he turns Willow down for sexes.
Best moment ever.

Ok, I should really stop with the fangirl adoration and get on with my work! But before I go - what's everyone else's fave Oz moments?
