Kuroda pulled his hand back, laying the buffering tool down. He took a few puffs from his pipe setting it back aside as he looked at his handiwork.
In his hands, was a delicate creation, one of his Hybrid Children.
With the tender, childish face of Tsukishima.
A horrible lingering attachment that had not left him, even after the decade passed had slowly crawled into another one.
He layed the lifeless doll on the table as he leaned back. Kuroda stared emotionless at his creation, resting the tip of his pipe on his lips as he took a few more puffs in thought. He rubbed at the stubble of his chin, inspecting the finer details.
“You'll do,” he mumbled to his creation, grabbing another tool to etch out along the doll's hairline.
