i spent the entire day chilling in paris yesterday. yeah, i´m talking the whole 2+ hour lunch deal that included dessert and coffee, a walk around the ´coin´ followed by a coffee break at Starbucks Opera, and then another coffee break at a friend´s office. i went home and packed after all of the caffeine fixes only to go out two hours later for dinner and a few drinks.
and now...after 6 hours of traveling from my front door to the gates of Villa-whatever-the-heck-they-call-it, i´m in Spain again. i managed to sleep the afternoon away, making up for some much needed rest. right now it´s just the five of us: Dana, Pierre-Yves, Maxence, and Max´s half-brother Lancelot. tranquille. the guests (a family with 3 boys) arrive sometime tonight. i think this time around is going to be a lot more pleasant than the last.
we´ll see.
