So the European government thought truckers don't spend enough money:
Every five years, you get to have a medical visit: 24.40 €
plus a mandatory continuous training (FCO in french): 590€
plus a chip card to record your time and stuff: 60€
and now starting September 2010, those assholes added a new "Qualification card"!
What does it do? Nothing! It just says you are qualified for being a professional truck driver and you must have it on you at all time. Price: 30€.
