Actual News

And for once, I am updating actual news. Its been an interesting time with all the noobs here in International House, some that are fun and some that are annoying. It's the way of the world. Today's been busy as we get ready for the official welcome party and the unofficial birthday party for one of our favorite caretakers, Goto-san.

I've gotten my stuff onto the computer, so I've begun to write again. I don't have a page update since I went through all my stories and *tweaked* them. For now, I have a new story with no name, and I have decided to dump the Children of the Night. I like the idea, but my actual writing, it is suckage, big time. The others are going okay, though I want to re-vamp Karma to first person point of view and make Angels either mix with my new story or be my third person finished short story.

I found a c.d. that I've been looking for, around $10. I was so happy, I was dancing in the store and on my bike. Then Isaac and I went to another place and found the same c.d. for $1. Twice. I stopped dancing. An idea came to me as I paid for the 2 extra ones. I would go to Ebay, and put it up for sale. The one I saw was at $25, and the one I sold went for $36. Yeehah! (Now to see what the others will sell for!)

In crane machine news, at least in the U.S., a 3 year old climbed into a Wal-Mart crane machine and got stuck there. The mom's last words? "All that trouble and they didn't give him a toy." Lady, you need to smack your child to show him that this is not a funny thing, that this is dangerous. She said that he's done this sort of thing before, just not to a crane machine. With my luck, they will now be banned from the U.S. as being too dangerous for children. Joy. In other news, I won a giant pillow like taiko drum plushie from an arcade. I rock!

Now for callouts!

Neil, a few questions for you, well, mainly one. I love my computer, Rommie's been a great friend to my stories so far...but how do I get her to rip c.d.s? She won't do it, for some reason.

Chris, this is your question. You told me that your brother wanted the Disgaea figures...I only have three left, but I'm more than willing to sell my collection. I have the entire set, all 12 figures plus the 2 special ones. Give me a reasonable price (they cost about $5 each) and some money to ship it, and it's all his. The ones I've been giving to Foster have been the extras, mostly because I thought that he would like them and, no offense, I needed to get rid of them. E-mail me. You know how to get it.

Hannah, take heart, you'll get some kind of a call (or I'm flying down to *greet* them). You're a wonderful artist and they would be stupid not to take you onto their team. *smiles and huggles* As much as I hate to quote this, "good things come to those who wait." Including stuff in the mail! There's a package coming to you, I just don't know when it's going to get there.

Shayna, Kellly, Jacob, Shanna, Marion, Jeanette and Foster....I didn't really have anything specific to say to you guys, so you'll have to settle for a hope you're all doing well and getting good grades. (yes, I still act like a mother here too).

Jon, I saw you today, you don't get any more lovin'. That's right, cry. Cry sexy like for Isaac.

Other than that, I've been trying to study but not really getting anything done, even though the tests are in a few days, and then school starts.

Love and Huggles to All
~Jen~
