B&N buys Fictionwise
As many of you know, the ebook market is very near and dear to my heart. Some while ago, I made several predictions about Fictionwise, who stood on the doorstep to being the next big thing in ebooks (or rather, reclaiming their place from Kindle). Well, lo-and-behold, they surprised me. Word is that B&N has just bought Fictionwise.

Could it be that the eReader software could become the core operating system of a B&N electronic reading device? I sure hope so, because eReader is such a better program than Kindle, even if Kindle has a better screen. I'm all a-tingle at the possibilities.
