Doo dee doo dee doo...
Tomorrow is the Fall Festival at my church. Planning to take my pirate costume with me and if anyone else is wearing a costume, then I'll put on mine and help my wife at the balloon stand. Hopefully it'll go better this year than it did last year, when we used the one-time use helium containers you get at Wal Mart which can only fill 25 balloons each. We went through four of them and the festival wasn't even halfway over with. This year we got an actual helium tank and it is supposed to be good for 175 balloons and we'll see if that's going to be enough.
I finally was able to see the orange lights I decorated my house with for Halloween lit up. The timer thing I used with them doesn't turn the lights on until dusk, and with it not being dark enough for them to turn on before I have to go to work, I've missed seeing them from the time I put them up until this past Tuesday. They look very nice. All but one set of lights I used are supposed to blink off and on if you switch out one bulb in the strand with a special bulb, but apparently, a couple of strands I set up like that are also just staying constantly on, which is fine with me. I'm just happy my wife let me put them up.
