Off center day
I woke up feeling sick to my stomach, which is odd since lastnight I went to bed feeling good. I took 1/2 a gravol which seemed to help, I didn't take a whole one since I was going to work and didn't want to be groggy. As the day went on, this feeling of like needing to burp, right in the middle of my chest underneath the breast line was getting worse. I chugged a warm pop to help, it relieved it somewhat but not completely. I didn't eat all day hoping it would go away, but it hadn't. I ate half a pack of Rolaids and still no relief. When I was leaving work, I told my sister "I am going to be sick" being who my sister is she said "Keep breathing I dont wanna see you puke" The sensation passed when I got in my car, but the knot was still there. I still haven't eaten and the pain is still there, I don't know what's causing it. I'll take a whole gravol later and hope this passes soon.
