Things are changing...
Do people actually think that it is cool and "mature" to act all depressed and isolated. People who believe themselves to think differently than everyone else. Almost "better." No, this is not about anyone specific. I know we have a couple of deep thinkers...it's not about you.
I wish people would see how important it is to have fellowship with all kinds of people. No matter how different from you they are. They are human too, and just as special and significant as you are. You are a different type of person, no better, no less. They have many good qualities that you will never possess, and you many that will never possess. But that does not mean either is of the higher standard. That's right, YOU are no better than THEY are. Just in case you didn't catch that.
As for you who criticize the deep thinkers...you do just as much of what they do. Hold back, quit it. Talk to each other. Step up, become who you want to be. They will do the same. Be your own person. If they can't accept that, it's not worth it. You don't have to be what anyone else thinks you should be. Once again...not about anyone specific. This all to the general "public".
The reason I am saying this is because I feel like we have a whole bunch of personality conflicts that are holding us back from one another. This has been on my heart for a long time and it is time someone said something. These differences are not a bad thing. And they most definitely should not hold us back from one another. Which I feel people are doing. You are missing out on amazing relationships. Relationships that could be crucial to your life. Trust me, you learn all kinds of things from so many different people. People you may least expect it from. Please, I am asking all of you. Be open.
Ok, enough with that.
I have been having some very good conversations with a certain person lately. I really appreciate them and I feel like we have gotten to know each other very quickly. I also feel like they have a been an answer to prayer. It is nice to know someone understands you. I just hope that I can fulfill this same place in their life.
