Don't know how many of you are going to be interested in this, but it's important to me. It's about a current murder trial of a transgender person, and it's the first one where the charge of "hate crime" is being applied. Unfortunately, the defense is trying to use it to get the First Degree Murder charge dropped to Second Degree.
