I mean, our bands are not too bad. It is just the people in them. And I really think we should be like WCSPA and have tryouts for the concert bands. Because about half of the students in band are doing it for blow off. But yes our band would be much better if we had just students that cared about band and are good enough to even be called student musicians. Like....... RAYMOND! I seriously can not stand him. When he can not play the solo for Havendance or whatever song. It was pretty simple and then sits there and laughs about it. I would be pretty embarassed. And NORMAN who yes he is a pretty good tenor player..sadly the best we have, but he needs to learn how to distinguish slurred and not slurred notes. It really pisses me off. I am not trying to say that I am God in music, but I just atleast care and put atleast minimum effort into what I am doing and I know how to present myself. ESCPECIALLY AT STATES WHEN RAYMOND WAS RUnning AROund SCREAMING in the green room. That pissed me off. And the trombones really need to learn how to play their instrument. Yes trombone is probably more challenging but when you've been playing for 5 and 8 years I think you'll start to realize when your pitch is totally wrong...
Didn't they cut out Donald's part in Ragtime because it was so bad?
