At the launderette there is a girl with her mother, she is learning how to do laundry.
She must be at least 17 and seems quite uncertain whether dark burgundy should be sorted with light colours or dark colours.
She scatters a little detergent on top of her wash before starting it.
I want to help her, but it's probably best if she makes her own mistakes.
Nothing like spanding time and quarters on laundry that come out slightly less than clean with bits of caked on soap to teach you the fine art of self-sufficiency.
