Cards, keys and holiday, bitches...it's all about the cards, the keys and the holiday...
Right... After a long day spent in the Central Capital, lugging on an enlarger and spending time with a wonderfully quirky friend, I am finally home for the night.
Out of curiosity, I check my mail. There was a package for me. went in, opened it up, and there they were:
My new credit cards!
And note that I said cards. In bloody plural. VISA and MasterCard! No more Visa Electron for this student. Ha. Gotta love the bank sometimes.
Yesterday I learnt the main hook and solo for Eurythmics' all-time classic Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This). Sweet! (Pun intended, sorry.)
Tomorrow it's off to Alex' beach house (stfu, it's by the beach) and a week or so of Good Time with Good Friends. Dee-lish! The final week of unwinding, relaxing and generally enjoying this last remnant of summerhol.
Ahhhhhh. Things couldn't get better. All I'm gonna buy is two Adam and the Ants CDs and a synth. Then it's all perfect. Superperfect. Even school couldn't mess that up.
