So, Rich pointed out to me that I haven't updated in a long time. I don't think I've really had that much to say, but now I feel obligated to try to say some of it!

I am loving my sorority so much right now! I give Kim lots of credit with this, but I've been branching out and making friends with a lot more of the sisters. I love them so much, and I feel so blessed to have such a wonderful group of people to call not only my friends, but my sisters! Last night, we had retreat, and it was pretty good. We had actually improved on some of the issues that we had discussed last semester, so that was awesome. Some of the same issues were there, but there was nothing earth-shattering.

Yesterday Rich and I went to see the Lion King at MSU. Okay, let me say, that was amazing. I absolutely loved it. It made me realize how much I miss theatre. And, much as it sucks, it made me realize that the participating in theatre part of my life is over. I love it, I love the bonds you form with people, I love the rush of your first show and the bittersweet feelings of the last, but... I just don't have time. I have so many other priorities that to actively become involved in something that I know takes tremendous amounts of time would be irresponsible. I would inevitably let down all aspects of my life from trying to over-do it. And I can't do that. So... alas, it's over. I would still love to start going to plays again though. I really... oh, I just miss it!

Oh! Exciting! I'm going to be a model... of sorts...! My friend's dad is a photographer, and he was used to doing stuff like weddings and things like that, but wanted to branch into senior portraits. So, he asked me to sit for some to use as examples of his work, which I did. Well, I get a call from Rachel yesterday, and she tells me that somehow, the equipment company saw my pictures and wanted to use one of them as one of their "Hey, you! But my stuff!" pictures. Sweet! So I'm going to be in photographer's catalogs. Sweet!

Um... yeah... I need to get ready for work and class, which I really don't want to do, but I suppose I should get ready...
