How long does an alarm clock ring before it stops automatically?
I figured that out on Monday.
My flat mate stayed at his parents' house and had forgotten to turn off his clock.
Everybody could forget something like that - I also missed it once.
But the room of my flat mate isn't connected to the rest of our flat and so he locks always his door, when he isn't there.
The bell rang loudly through my room - at 5:30 in the morning.
I couldnt stop that nerve-racking beeping, so I pressed my second pillow on my head and tried to ignore it.
After 10 minutes I was successful - it was so effective that I hardly didn't hear my own alarm clock later.....
The comment of my flat mate was:
"How cool! So you could start working really early that day!"
