I need to get my blood pressure down.  It's been consistently high since last year.  It never was high before that!  Very frustrating.  I'm not overweight, and I don't consume tons of caffeine and salt or anything... alcohol, yes- but not daily, and not binging.  I am not happy.  Probably need to exercise.. I hate running though, what else is there that's simple?
