weekends ahh... they are awesome
Seriously though, I love the weekends. I know normal people love the weekends, and i'm not trying to say that i am weird or anything... but seriously weekends are amazing. Anyways last weekend was fun (with the exception of course that my car broke down and i couldn't go everywhere i wanted). On saturday we played a touch football game (there were about 8 of us) and it really was a good time. It is always nice to go and run around with your friends. Then Saturday night was the first Nehouse MAster's ASsociation event, at the Inn Complete. Basically we just hung out, chatted, and played some pool.... By the way why did i have to stop drinking during weeks where there is cheap/free beer? Actually the non-drinking thing isn't so bad. I don't think i could do it forever, but i can definitely not drink more that i have in the past. Plus i don't mind driving so it works out. Sunday was an okay day. I was supposed to go see Dave Attell but my body was really sore, i just didn't feel like it. Laughing would have put me in more pain. Apparently he was pretty good though. The next comic that comes, i am going.
Let's see what else has been going on.....Oh i got my c ar fixed, which means that i can go home like i was planning on friday. Yesterday was Monica's birthday, hopefully i'll get to see her while i'm home at some point. IT has been raining for like 4 days straight... I don't mind the rain i mind the mood i puts everyone in... Tired and cranky. We WANT SUN!!
Oh here is some shocking news... I have done all my work for two weeks. That is right i am two weeks ahead in my readings and papers. I know i know, you are checking to see if the sky is falling. But in reality, i don't have that much outside of school work. I really only have to classes that do that. So monday and tuesday i sat and did it all. I am now working on reading a book that isn't due until the end of november... i am hoping to read it and write my paper on it so i can be even further ahead. This overachieving thing isn't too bad.
Today starts the three day hell that is Multi-camera. 3hours today, 4ish tomorrow, and 4 on friday.... by the end of that lab i am going to be so happy to go home, i am going to speed my little tushy off.... actually i would be speeding either way. This class is just a headache. it makes me hate the end of the week.... Ok i am going to get dressed and head to the hill.
