Washington, DC
We've been in Washington, DC for the AAG annual meeting, and there's a whole bunch of stuff to do now that we're back in Toronto. But of course, there must be pictures and recaps, and all that stuff, because the AAG only happens once a year, and we didn't go last year, and the only reason why these things matter is I get to meet some of my favouritest people in the entire world and hang out with them for a week.
And this year there was an even specialler reason to go (oh, wait, I had to present a paper, too, but that's really quite beside the point).

Ally looks just like Shi, except Shi has hair that stays in place!
She's incredibly cute and sweet and responsive and had a great time playing with Jeff. Or maybe Jeff had a great time playing with her. They got along really well. When they first met, she put a hand on his furry arm and was really intrigued with him.
I'll put up the rest of the boring DC pictures later. These ones here were the best part of my trip.
