Talent can be astounding
Popped out to chat with Linstar over dinner and wound up at my favourite cocktail bar tonight, where they were holding the Bartender Speed Competition.
Ten cocktails and a bottle of beer to be mixed and/or served to a panel of three judges, with thirty seconds beforehand to set up the empty counter. The list of cocktails included classics like a Mojito, a Zombie, a Cuba Libre and a daiquiri.
Ten participants.
The winner did it in two minutes, fifty point four eight seconds. (2:50:48)
