It had been a long day. Aiba was tired of having to get in and out of different outfits, sometime he forgot how tiring it could get, being on the other side of the camera. Not that he still didn’t enjoy

“Tadaima~” He mumbled, shaking his head as he crossed the room and leaned over the couch to ruffled the other’s shoulders. “Making yourself rather comfortable I see,” Aiba glanced over to the video games that had obviously been shuffled through, not that Aiba minded.
It was nice to have the company. Specially his favourite cousin. “Saaa, I think I‘m spoiling you, you know!” he teased, leaning further over the couch to wrap his arms around the other. Like Ryutarou would get away without a hug from Aiba. He gave a squeeze before his stomach grumbled and right, food. Food needed to be prepared. Enough for two.
Aiba shuffled into the kitchen, looking through some cupboards to see what all he had before he decided to start cooking. “Any requests before I make whatever I feel like?”

With a hug from Aiba-chan, and a "Of course you are. Cause you love me," from Ryutarou in response, Ryutarou started the game as Aiba-chan shuffled into the kitchen. Pausing, he wondered what he was hungry for. Shrugging after a couple of seconds, he said: "Nope!"
And thus, he pressed 'A' as he hovered the wii remote over King Boo and started a game of Mario Karts. "Oh, can you get me a glass of water?"

He peeked his head around the corner of his kitchen at the question about getting him some water, making a face at the other, one that was clearly unseen by the young teenager who’d focused on playing with his wii. Who played it more, he wondered, Ryu or himself? Chuckling, he returned to the kitchen to the fridge and grabbed a glass to pour the water in before he shuffled back over the couch to set the glass on the coffee table. “Anything else…master~?” He teased, not really waiting for a reply as he went back to work. “The sooner I get this done, the sooner we get to eat!” Aiba was hungry in other words.
Everything was grabbed from the cupboards and fridge very quickly and set out along the counter. Ready for cutting and cooking. With the rice in the rice cooker, he was already half-way done. While he waited, for the rice to cook, Aiba prepared the vegetables and meat for the curry dish that he had decided on making for himself and unexpected guest. Tossing the meat into the frying pan first, then going to set the table before coming back to add the spices, veggies, the curry sauce being the last of it.

Once again, twisting and turning, Ryutarou emitted a soft, "Yosh!" at third place. Raising his hands in triumph to the nonexistent audience with a small smirk, Ryutarou dropped the controller and gulped down the water. Pushing himself up onto his knees, he went to bring the cup back to Aiba-chan in a semi-crawl. When he smelled curry.
Taking a couple of sniffs, Ryutarou hurried his pace a little and hid himself under the counter. Sticking his nose and above over the counter top, Ryutarou placed the cup down. And blinked at the veggies Aiba-chan had ready on the counter as the mentioned set the table.
"Aiba-chan," Ryutarou said, turning to face the man, "Don't add veggies to mine."

But food would burn. And Aiba didn’t burn his meals. He just didn’t.
Aiba reached over and swatted at the other‘s head as he returned from preparing the table, just giving a light smack to the top of Ryu head that peeked up over the counter. Rolling his eyes at the request. Same one he‘d always get when he made the other dinner. Never any vegetables.
Then, he‘d almost forgotten about that, thankfully the reminder had come just in time for him to pour the veggies in with the meat, so he stopped, went back and reached out to grab another pan, separating some of the meat into it. One completely meat, the other a mixture. Just the way it should be. “Almost ready, okay?” He brought the rice to the table, setting in between the two plates, then the two bowls, the all meat one closest to Ryutarou.
He filled up the cup that was on the counter with more water then set it down at Ryutarou’s place at the table then grabbed himself a beer. “Now, come over here and tell me how amazing my dinner is and tell me what's new with you since the last time you crashed my place~” Smiling over at the much younger male as he sat down.

Apparently, Aiba-chan had not heard him mention not having called his parents yet. Scrolling through his contacts for 'Home,' and getting ready to press 'Call,' his phone rang. 'Shintarou,' flashing on screen. Rolling his eyes, Ryutarou pressed 'Pick up,' and pressed his phone against his ear. "What?"
He was not at all surprised to realize it was his mother using Shintarou's phone, seeing as the lady used any phone within arm reach. And Shintarou's phone was usually carelessly tossed somewhere. "Don't what me mister! Where are you?" his mother yelled at him. "Aiba-chan's."
"Why am I not surprised?" she said, tone dripping in irritation. Ryutarou looked up when Aiba-chan mentioned dinner being almost ready. Nodding at him, Ryutarou turned his attention back to his mother. Having caught the latter part of her sentence: "talk with him." Assuming she meant letting her talk to him, Ryutarou mumbled a "wait."
Smiling at Aiba-chan as he placed a refilled cup of water at a no-veggie curry dish, Ryutarou sat down and pointed to the phone. As if that would answer his statement. "Your dinner is amazing, here."

He made a face, getting handed the phone just as he had been ready to dig into the wonderful smelling plate in front of him. Why did the woman have to call right as the two were sitting down at the table.
Pressing the phone up to his ear, smiling, even if Ryutarou’s mother couldn’t see it. “Good evening! How is everything?” Best to start off with pleasantries, as the one on the other end of the phone hadn’t been sounding too pleased at the moment. “Sorry about not letting you know sooner, you just know how much I love having Ryutarou-kun over. He‘ll be having something to eat then I‘ll make sure he gets home before it gets too late.”
The food was too tempting, and Aiba found himself sneaking bites while the woman continued to talk to him through the phone. Not that he was listening too much. Glancing over to Ryu and smiling at the other complimented his dinner.
After a few moments, Aiba managed to squeeze in his good-bye and quickly hung up before anything else could be said. He handed the phone back over to the other and wrinkled his nose. “Remember to phone them before you decide to pop on my, else one of these days your mother is going to kill me.”

Chewing down on the meat, Ryutarou watched Aiba-chan sneak some bites with a silly smile. Twirling his chopsticks, Ryutarou could tell his cousin wasn't really paying much attention to his mother. A small laugh at the thought, and Ryutarou almost choked. Sipping at his water, Ryutarou made a peace sign with his chopstick hand when he saw that Aiba-chan was smiling at him.
Taking back his phone, Ryutarou rolled his eyes and took another bite. "Hmm," he said, before swallowing. "Sure. One of these days, I'll try to remember," he smirked.
Pointing to Aiba-chan with his chopsticks, Ryutarou asked, "And so, since there isn't particularly anything new with me, what about you?" Ryutarou poked at his rice, and then took a small nibble.

Aiba brought a finger to his chin, tapping it lightly as he pondered what he’d been up to since the last time Ryutarou came over. “The usual, had a photo shoot this afternoon. A new clothing line by….aaaaah what was the designers name. Can‘t remember, but the clothes were really nice!” He paused to take a few more bites of his dinner, then took a sip from his beer before setting the can back on the table, “and I‘m helping out with picking out some costumes for a shoot that I‘ll be the photographer for. Going to some boutique tomorrow night to get some ideas. It‘ll be really interesting.”
Realizing that he was rambling, Aiba fell silent after giving a small chuckle. He loved to talk about work. It was one of his passions after all. And the week had been focused on work. He hadn’t had much time to go out with any friends.

Nodding, as he picked around at his rice, half listening and half not, Ryutarou stuck a bite of rice in his mouth. When Ryutarou realized Aiba-chan had stopped, he looked up with a raised eyebrow. "Why you stop?" he asked, but shrugged it off.
"But, Aiba-chan, that's not really anything new from last time," Ryutarou pointed out with a laugh. A small pause as he tried to recall what he had heard, "Oh, wait, you said you were going to a boutique tomorrow?"

“Well-” Ryutarou had continued on, not giving a chance to let Aiba slip in the part where he realized that nothing really new had been happening. Work, despite it being different, in ways was really very much the same. And his grin widened when the other took the words right out of his mouth.
He nodded between bites, finishing up his curry then washing it down with a few mouthfuls of his beer, grinning as he looked up at Ryu. “Yea, someone had mentioned it to me. Said that I should check it out to get some ideas for a photo shoot. They said it was really neat, strange but neat!” Aiba was eager to check the place out.

Without much realization to the words Aiba-chan was about to say, Ryutarou watched as he finished up his curry. Looking down at his own, he did the same. Not wanting to hold the table up. Plus, he might have to wash his own plate if he took too long.
Ryutarou shook his head inwardly, wondering why he had picked that part to speak about. "Is it like, some kind of weird boutique in the heart of Tokyo?" he asked, taking the exact words that Yuuto-kun had used when he mentioned the boutique to him. Doubtful that Aiba-chan and Yuuto-kun had been speaking of the same place, Ryutarou cracked a small bitter smile.

Going for another sip of his beer, he paused, lips just touching the rim as the other asked about the boutique. Raising his brows at the other, he took the sip from his drink then set it down. A bit surprised that it seemed like the other knew of the place that he was talking about.
Curious, Aiba leaned a bit over the table. “You‘ve heard of it?” That was the exact way the one who had told him of the place had described it to him. Same words. “A weird boutique in the heart of Tokyo. Have you been there?”

Reaching over for his water, he gulped down the last of it, and released a satisfied sigh.
Ryutarou raised an eyebrow, and gawked inwardly. They were talking about the same boutique? he thought. But nodded at Aiba-chan's question. "I've heard of it. My friend told me about it. But I've never been there. Going this Saturday after school, maybe. Friend said I should check the place out," Ryutarou shrugged.

Aiba only grinned at the burp, shaking his head at the other excused himself politely. Pleased that the boy had manners, then around him when it was close friends and family, it wasn’t pushed upon. And he took it as a sign that the other enjoyed the dinner that was made for him.
Finishing up his beer, he took his can to set it down next to the sink to be put off to recycling at a later time. Pushing his chair in, then motioning for Ryutarou to follow, “unless of course, you want to stay in the kitchen, which by all means~” He laughed, heading to the hallways to grab his things to take into his bedroom. “Need to get into something more lazy, I‘ll be back. There‘s ice cream in the freezer if you want to help yourself!”

Watching Aiba-chan get up, of course Ryutarou followed. "Nah, I'd pass on staying in the kitchen," Ryutarou said as he slipped into the livingroom. Sitting down as Aiba-chan went into the bedroom, Ryutarou let out a grunt. "You tell me now!" he grumbled, getting back up and gliding back into the kitchen. Getting himself out a bowl, he paused and wondered if Aiba-chan wanted.
"..." Ryutarou slowly inched over to the fridge with a spoon in his other hand. Taking out the ice cream, he decided he wouldn't. "Only cause he made me walk more," he decided with a nod. Scooping some ice-cream into the bowl, he went back into the livingroom as he assumed eating.
Sitting down, Ryutarou got out another wii remote. "Aiba-chan, you're going to play with me right?" he asked out loud as he stuck a bite of ice cream into his mouth again.
