I Don't Think You're Gonna Find Love in a Bathroom in Some Club (Lies, I Found it There Last Week)
I'm thinking BBB may not happen this year. I really want to participate, and I had a good time with it last year, but I am so ridiculously unmotivated. I even have a vague plot idea about a marching band AU where Spencer and Brendon don't really know each other, but they both try out for drum major and Spencer gets lead and Brendon gets second, and there are bus ride makeouts and hotel shenanigans! I have true life marching band experience I can base if off of!
But I haven't written a single word, and every time I open up Word I just kind of stare at the blank page and then close it. So I'm not sure that's happening.
Okay, question! Since Media Fire went and changed their website, do any of you have trouble uploading? Because I can't get anything uploaded successfully anymore. Like, last week, I was trying to upload some music, and I went to upload two albums. So it uploaded them, and then switched the url's so that the one for Bright Eyes went to the Hold Steady, and vice versa. So then I deleted the files and started over, trying to upload them one at a time, but it just saved the ALREADY DELETED url's and gave them to me again. Media Fire and I are on a break, until it gets its act together.
I'm having this weird and desperate need to take a road trip. If my car didn't suck so very much, I think I'd take off for a weekend and just go somewhere that isn't here. Which sounds weird and morose, and I don't mean to be! I just kind of need a break from real life, and I haven't spent very much time in Pennsylvania! I think I could have a lovely weekend just driving. In actuality, I dislike driving and would probably hit the state border and find a hotel and set up camp, so clearly this is just a weird urge. I'm having the most insane reactions to everything these days.
Anyway, life is okay today! And it wasn't too bad yesterday, or the day before that. So things are okay. I'm getting there. It's good. Hope everyone's doing okay! ♥
