Do the Trick-Or-Treat!
Happy Halloween, everyone!
Last night I attended a Halloween party given by a gay couple my family is friends with. It was nice, but weird, since I only knew a few people, and I was related to all of those.
And then, towards the end of the night, my mom got really mad at my grandmother and I actually had to step in (which I never do for my own self-preservation) and shut it down because of where we were. The annoying thing was that I actually agreed with my mom, and any other time I would have been happy to let her go off on her, but under the circumstances, it was just bad timing.
ANYWAY. Tonight I'm going over to my aunt's house and we're handing out candy for trick-or-treat, and I'm going to wear either my tiara (because I'm a princess, damn it) or my fuzzy purple antenna, depending on which I find first, and my new scarf that I bought yesterday, and have a delightful time if it kills me.
