Of partiness, Escaflowne, and massive boredom
Welp, talked to mom about the party today. ^_^ She said whoever wants to come is welcome and we'll try again to do a BBQ deal. ^^;;; Plus she said it'd probably be a good idea to do it on the first weekend of October. Sounds about right to me. Hopefully by then it will be a bit cooler and it won't have started raining constantly yet. Plus it's far enough from any major holidays so hopefully people will have that date free. ^^ I'll start talkin' to y'all about it at school, but for those of you who actually read this, I'll keep posting updates that come up. Okies? ^_^ Hopefully this will work out. *hees*
Watched "Escalfowne The Movie" today. It was actually better than I had expected. I was never too big of a fan because I didn't much like the way the faces were drawn, but it grows on you after a while. ^^;;; Anyway, roughly, the movie is about a girl who feels she has no purpose in life, then she travels to another world where she becomes the Wing Goddess and is the key to calling upon the dragon armor thingy which could or could not destroy the world, depending on her wish. There's more to it kinda, but that's the main idea. Like I said, better than I had expected. ^^ I got all sappy at the end. XP So now I'm on this "Must download Escaflwone music!!!" kick. XP There's this one bitchin' song that this elf girl sings to call upon the Wing Goddess and it's SO pretty. I'll have to put it on a CD and make some of you listen to it some day. ^_^
Aside from those two things, today was pretty blah. Finished my homework, dinked around on the comp, fixed Winamp, downloaded stuff, talked wit Jenny and Elyse for a bit, did laundry, and uhhhh... Flopped on my bed. ^^;;; Not much excitement, but ah well. At least I got to rest and spend most of the time by myself. So it wasn't so bad I s'pose. Didn't get as much sleep as I had hoped, but oh well. Maybe I'll start catching up on sleep somehow. School's got me so out of whack right now, it's horrible. @.x Argh...
I'm sure there's something that needs doing. Maybe more laundry. @.x Ciao!
