Folklore Query (6/9)

I know a lot of you out there are folklorists. I am not, at the moment, in a position to do any research, not at 75 cents a minute for internet access. I'm working on the revisions for Magic Mirror , and I'm running a little short of time. I was wondering if anyone out there can provide me with some advice.

What kind of supernatural being can be banished by turning your coat inside out?

Is there a quarrelsome supernatural being, preferably Spanish or South American, who Neef could imagine challenging her to a wrestling match?

Someone told me once that there were things like will o' the wisp in Indian folklore, but I haven't been able to turn up a name for them. Is there such a thing, and if there isn't, what other misleading swamp-gas type spirits are there other than will o' the wisp and the French feu follet? Anything non-European?

It runs in my mind that there's some Scandinavian spirit who plays a drum. Am I making this up? Am I thinking of another country altogether? Who plays drums and what's it called?

There's probably more, but this would be a huge help. It's a pain being separated from my books on a revision pass, but it is what it is. And I can't fault the quiet or the beauty of my surroundings. I'm sitting on my veranda, watching the blue, blue Mediterranean flow by. This morning, we saw a volcano. At noon, we passed the Straits of Messina. It's just too good to be true.
