Urg. I have a really bad habit of staying up too late on sunday.
See, with the way my work schedule is, I need to go to bed like...9-11ish. I seem to get carried away with this and that and that becomes a problem. Anyway, I wake up at 4:50 every day, go to work at 6, and I usually don't get home 'till 5. It's a labor job too, so it's not like I'm going anywhere to snooze. It's the fast-paced kind of work environment I like, but damn it all if I don't screw myself for rest every time.
On top of that, I'm not getting enough to eat in the morning, which is causing some fatigue -- a very undesireable effect. I really should hoard my own groceries, so I have stuff to eat when I need it, but damn it all if that doesn't require getting up off my ass, which is already worn out from a full days work on no sleep and no food, to actually GO to the store and trust my now mushlike brain to NOT do something stupid.
I have fun at work, and mondays usually go by really quickly, but getting to bed on time monday nights is crucial. It seems if I don't get there at like 7-9, I'm not gonna get good rest for the rest of the damn week. And I hate doing that because it just cuts down on my time at home. But hell, on the weekends I sleep in like 12 hours every day anyway, so if you look at it on paper, my 4-6 hours sleep is giving me all the time I need, but it's fucking my work day.
See my crisis? I'm petitioning for extra hours during the day. We'll just slow the earths rotation a smidge. I'm thinking really big rockets. We tape them to the surface.
Somebody look into that.
