Five resolutions

1. Write Daily. Even a sentence is okay.

2. acknowledge every person you encounter as a human being.

3. Cultivate compassion for a all living beings. Especially the irritating ones. Especially yourself.

4. Eat real food. Every day. Coffee is not a food. Soymilk is not a food.

5. Exercise. Again, every day. It helps.
