Happy Birthday to me!!!!

--->>Birthday weekend<<---

Friday Alex picked me up from my house, we ate at Joseph's where I was presented with the option of going to Sea World on Saturday. I decided that it would be best to do it some other weekend because one day would just be too rushed. I like having options. :) Alex said he wanted to see if he could arrange to swim with the dolphins there, but then he said he imagined me doggie paddling, and he changed his mind. Jospeh's was good as always, and then we headed back to his place. Here I was greeted with some pink, yellow and white daisies and lilies in a vase, a card with a cute message inside, a frame, floating candles, and last but not least, a BSB cd. Then we headed down to Fernandina Beach where Alex spent his first four years in the U.S. before meeting me :) We walked on the beach for a little bit, he showed me where he lived, (Amelia Island Plantation, then this house on the island, and then another house) his high school, where he and his friends hung out, etc. He just had so many stories to tell, and I felt so lucky to know so much about my baby-his sucky times and his great times. Then Ashley drove by... Fernandina is a really cute place, but Alex said there was nothing else to do except party because only old people lived there. Then we had dinner at Lighthouse Grill which was just perfect because the sun was just starting to set. We walked out onto the pier which was broken and rocked back and forth. Then we went home and had some drinks by candlelight. At around midnight we decided to go to the pool, where I almost drowned learning how to swim again. We had A LOT of fun there until we left 130AM. Then we took a shower and headed to bed. It was a really great day. I just really love Alex so much it's ridiculous. He's so much fun to be with, and I laugh so much when we're together. Seriously the best guy I've ever met.

Saturday I was awoken by Melanie cracking up on the phone about how she had woken up late. We were supposed to watch the sunrise, but we missed it by like 45 minutes haha. So she picked me up and we headed toward the beaches. We stopped at Shelbey's for some coffee and muffins. It was such a cute little shop. Then we walked around the area a bit and then went for a little walk on the beach. It's so nice to bond with my Mel-Dawg. She's a such a wonderful person. We drove through five points a bit and then attempted some shopping. That didn't go to well, but we had fun attempting and making fun of our boobies, or mine anyway. I spent the rest of the day at home with my dad. He got me so many cute things for my birthday. He bought me two shelves for my room that he knows I needed, a new set of rims for my car (one fell off), a new visor for my car (my uncle broke it last year), and some McDs. Isn't he cute?

I headed over to Alex's at around 6PM, because I had invited Mel and Ashley D. over for some wine. Mel bought me a little frame with a pic of me and her in it and an awesome pair of earrings. Ashley brought over some Smirnoffs. We just sat around and talked, and it was so cute because Andy (Alex's bro) got dressed because he saw I had people over. Turns out Ashley and Andy knew each other from UNF, small world. I served Ashley a glass of wine after I was done with mine, and as we were talking, I reached over for her glass (thinking it was mine) and she like reached over and said 'uh, that's mine'. Sad how I was already being weird after only one glass. Needless to say, I went and served myself another glass. It was so much fun, and I'm glad that my coworker got to meet my best friend (she already knew Alex). When we left for KanKi I was drinking a Smirnoff so I just nonchalantly took it in the car with me and put it in the cupholder. I quickly realized what I had done, and took it out. We got to KanKi and had a good time even though our cook sucked. He was quiet and apparently new or something. It's okay though because the food was good. Me and Alex felt good vibes from everyone, so he decided to invite them back over to his place. We had some more drinks, talked and just had a really good, relaxed time-no pressure whatsoever, even Andy joined in on the fun when he got home. I loved being the little hostess and serving drinks for my friends (along with two more glasses of wine for myself). I'm so glad that everyone got along so well and that we had so much fun together, and I hope everyone sees why I like Alex so much. He's just so lively, yet chill and he knows how to have a good time. I hope you guys enjoyed him too. :) Maybe next time you guys can stay past 1AM and drink more... :)

Thanks again to everyone who made it last night, you really made my birthday great. I hope all of you had a great time too! It's sad that all of us don't get together more often. Hopefully there will be more fun times to come.
