New Eyes
So I had LASIK done yesterday. As in laser eye surgery. I had the most recent style, wavefront, where they take a digital read of your eye, and instead of returning your eyes to your prescription, they actually make them 20/20. It's pretty f*#%ing awesome, especially since I cannot remember a time when I didn't have glasses. (I think I got them when I was 8.) The procedure lasted 15 MINUTES, and by the time I went to bed six hours later, my vision was already much improved. And no, it did not hurt. It was uncomfortable, but that's about the worst that could be said. And the best part is I have two years to come up with the money before I begin accruing interest, so all I need to do is save a little each month. WIN.
