Amazingly enough, this came from the booklet for my little George Foreman grill. It didn't look like much, but it was hella good!
Mustard-Lemon Chicken Marinade
2 tbsp mustard (I used dijon mustard, but you could use any I imagine.)
2 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 cloves of garlic, minced (Which = 1 tsp, if you happen to buy your's pre-minced like me.)
1 tsp paprika
Good for 4-6 skinless chicken breasts. Allow the chicken to marinate for at least a half hour.
