The Bank
So.. I started to get ready for bed at like.. 2:30am.. But once I was done showering and stuff, I was like 'I am not tired.. Maybe I will go look at more stuff on the iNets..' So I did.
Then I was like 'huh.. 4:30am.. Well, my money should be deposited into my account.. I'll just check on that then make a payment to my credit card..' View my total.. UHM! Why am I missing money?
I got a letter last month saying that since I wasn't currently a student, my just paying interest fee on my student line of credit grace time was OVER! They just want about $100 a month.. No big deal. First payment deadline was August 5. The letter stated I had to make the payment by Aug. 5. I HAD TO. So, I sent my payment in early via my online banking.. I'm happy, they should be happy.. ANYWAYS!
It says my account is negative 10 bucks or something.. Because they tried to take out the payment.. Then they "put it back" and NSF'ed me for $40. I am extremely unimpressed when I see it was a 'loan payment' because I already made the loan payment! GTHNRYJRTYSDFGSDYETRFHDGSAGFAGFDGFDFUCKRYTYJFBNSDTYYUGFGHJ!!!!!
I am not having this.. Why am I getting NSF charges when I already made the payment and was just coasting with my meager amount of doll hairs til pay day? (end of the months mean everything pretty much comes out meaning my account cries deeply)..
So I called. And was getting mad.. Such a long process to talk to a real person! BUT! I got a really nice lady.. I explained the letter, read the line to her that said I was to make the payment BY Aug 5 and the 5th of everyone month in the future unless I became a student again, etc.. And she said they want to take the money out on the 5th.. Which is not what the letter conveys.. Long story short.. She gave me my $40 back. I mean, I know it is *just * $40.. But that makes me mad because I am getting dinged extra money for something I already paid for.. Kind of lame.
At least now I know to just leave the payment in my account. They could have just told me that in the letter and none of this would have happened.
Now it is 5am and I am just jilted. UGH. Come on sleep!
