Good day
Today was a good day. I went on a "sales blitz" with my boss. We visited companies that maybe could use some temporaries. This is not part of my job description, but i gladly did it. I was pretty good at it too. Considering we may have landed our biggest account ever because of me! We have to do some follow up work regarding money, but if this works out, this company will be using us to hire a buttload of people, mostly Spanish speaking...therein lies my value (wink to the person who recognizes that phrase---extra points if she can tell me where it came from!)
We went to a cool cafe for lunch and I bought. Then she insisted on buying me some gelatto. Turns out, she had no money or ID on her the whole time. I thought it was funny. I am full after making great, healthy toaster oven pizza with all gourmet items. Kerri has rubbed off on me in a big way.
