which tv shows did you start watching in 2015?
agent carter, bitten, daredevil, dark matter, empire, fresh off the boat, jane the virgin, jessica jones, grandfathered, longmire, madam secretary, master of none, mr robot, person of interest, scream queens, sense8, sirens, supergirl, the fall, the walking dead, unbreakable kimmy schmidt, unreal, you're the worst. probably some other stuff that i can't remember tbh.
which tv shows did you mean to get into but didn't in 2015? why?
12 monkeys, glue, izombie, quantico, blindspot, limitless, code black, minority report, bloodline, narcos, wicked city, mad men.
which tv shows do you intend on checking out in 2016?
shadowhunters, lucifer, criminal minds: beyond borders, containment, colony, legends of tomorrow, and luke cage are some i know i'll check out. oh and fuller house which i'm sure almost all of the population will be watching just to see what they've done.
some i'm curious but either doesn't have a lot of info released about/i still haven't decided if i'm willing to check them out or not yet:

- 11/22/63 (it looks pretty good but i've gotten to the point where i see james franco i anything and roll my eyes and say oh great james franco and end up seeing him and not the character he's playing)
- the oa (i'm wary about this one because there's been no word on what it's actually about even though it's supposed to be coming out in 2016. it's a netflix series though and netflix has some pretty good series so fingers crossed.
which tv show impressed you least in 2015?
ugh, definitely orange is the new black. they took away three of the things i loved most about the show (nicki, bennet, daya/bennet) and brought back the two things i hate the most (alex, piper/alex). it also was just...boring? i hated about 70% of the storylines, specifically the red/healy storyline, the lorna storyline, poussey's alcohol/depression storyline, anything involving big boo whom i started hating after that disgusting dog "joke" last season and has given me reason after reason to hate her. one thing i actually liked was pennsatucky's backstory. i think her teenage boyfriend was probably my favorite character this season. i also really loved piper (whom i've loved since the very beginning and really wish people would stop hating on for ridiculous reasons) creating her underwear business beautiful.
which tv show do you think you might let go of in 2016 unless things significantly improve?
i...don't know? unbreakable kimmy schmidt mabye? because while i liked it and there were some funny moments, there were a lot of times i was like eh.../sideeyeing as well.
which tv shows do you think you’ll never let go of no matter how crappy they get?
i really don't have a clue. i quit watching so many shows, even the ones i do like, just because i get behind and never catch up. the last show i think i can remember not letting go of despite how crappy it got was glee and even then i missed one season. maybe the walking dead? because my family/friends make a whole night of it, cooking dinner and eating and watching it all together, so.
your main fandom of the year?
why am i finding all of the questions so hard to answer? probably girl meets world. because lucas/maya. oh! and lovely little losers. because peter/baltahzar. does youtube count as a fandom? i've been really into youtubers lately and have been called "youtube trash" by several of my friends.
your favourite film you watched this year?
the only movies i even remember seeing (in theaters because who knows what i've watched on netflix) are jupiter ascending, magic mike xxl, mockingjay, age of ultron and inside out, all of which i really enjoyed. i'm so indecisive i don't know what to choose! i really loved inside out and i really loved magic mike xxl as well, especially the unexpected feminism in it! i also adore channing tatum and have since '06 so. oh! and age of adaline! i adored age of adaline.

grandfathered! grandfathered, grandfathered, grandfathered!! finally a question i know the answer to right off the bat. it's such a good show and i wish more people (especially fandom people) would watch it! john stamos secretly and stubbornly not really admitting to pining over paget brewster! paget brewster! a cute child! people of color! a kickass black lesbian assitant! a young male character who is a proclaimed feminist and isn't afraid of showing emotion! a cuban american young mother who despite being a "hot mess" is focus and determined and completely believes in herself! an indian american chef! and comedy! comedy!! please watch this show please please please.
your biggest fandom disappointment of the year?
- sam/predatory lez on scream queens getting killed off along with all of my sam/chanel #3 dreams
- the lack of sam/predatory lez/chanel #3 fic
- the lack of peter/balthazar fic, especially au's
- the entire riley/lucas/maya storyline + FARKLE (aka the gmw writers) ONLY CARING ABOUT RILEY'S FEELINGS AND NOT MAYA'S
- sirens being cancelled
your biggest squee moment of the year?
lucaya, lucaya, lucaya. also peter/balthazar finally getting their shit together. probably other stuff i'm forgetting right now.
the most missed of your old fandoms?

- i also really miss criminal minds and that they still had emily or alex on there still. i haven't watched consistently watching since alex left but i've seen a few episodes here and there and they just look like a mess. plus they can't seem to keep a character/actress for more than one season after emily and alex which makes my very bitter self happy.
the fandom you haven't tried yet, but want to?
a lot? i think star wars mainly because everyone is talking about lately and i'm just sitting here. despite never seeing star wars i do know quite a bit of stuff about it!

- darth vader is luke's father? but also luke? i am v confused about this one

your biggest fan anticipations for the coming year?
the x files and gilmore girls, obviously. i'm insanely excited about those two. and i'm not so much excited as i am curious for fuller house. oh! and luke cage!
