Lily Luna Potter wasn't cut out for being alone. Her entire life she had been surrounded by chaos. By siblings and cousins and friends of cousins. By aunts and uncles and other adults who weren't related to her but might as well have been.
Even when her siblings had gone off to school, there'd always been someone around to keep her company. A distant relative, a family friend. They had all been a never-ending tornado, running into one place and out another, parental reprimands following them as they came and went.
Memories were the only things that followed her now.
