Pilates - day four

I'm gonna have to give up numbering workout days soon. Anyway!



Pilates again, which was in the evening. This is gonna be a short post though, I still have to do my writing for the night and I'm already sleepy.

Pilates, I think, is kind of perfect for me. I really need to discipline myself and get myself to push even harder and really challenge myself, but I really look forward to doing it, and to fangirl a little, I'm such a fan of Cassey Ho. I don't think I'd like it nearly as much if it weren't for her awesome upbeat attitude through her videos. Her website is super helpful too, just such a fan of her all around. And pilates.

Feeling pretty sore, but I really am improving. I can feel it. I'm not able to do everything in the video yet, I'm still taking a lot of breaks, but I did a LOT more than Wednesday, especially on the final more advanced video. So go me!

I'm still feeling realy great about the workout. I'm going to sleep in tomorrow because i've been sleeping badly lately, and I'm going to push myself out of my comfort zone in running and I'm going to go running later int he morning, when there will be more people out. I CAN DO IT.

Seriously, short entry today, got lots of writing to do yet!

Stats:
Video time was around 1 hour fifteen, but still took a lot of breaks, so about 1 hour of pilates probably. Did lots of sweating.

Oh, and I think I'm just super lactose intolerant. More details about that later maybe. Not like...gross details. I promise (?).
