Did anyone else see the mountains ablaze?

Last night around 1pm we (me, Angus, Jono and Zoe) were travelling home from a failed expedition to see the Grates live in concert. As we were passing Mt Kiera we looked to the west and saw a mountain of flames that was quickly obscured by the trees lining the highway

Tell me about it. Then we went to this bar that was too small for everyone and i had one beer and was so tired and sunburned that is slaughtered the shit out of me.
